Benson Community is an Analytics, Benchmarking and Planning methodology focused on the requirements of care providers to support quality improvement, efficiency, transformation and financial sustainability. Benson is delivered via an App which is accessible to users with a Benson account, allowing them to access their Benson reports and forms. If you don’t already have access, request this via our support request form and your local administrator will set you up. If your organisation doesn’t have a license we can set you up with training and access to our demo suite to allow you to evaluate the potential of Benson Community within your organisation.

We offer a free trial which allows up to 10 users to view reports based on a submission of 12 months of historical clinical data. You can then evaluate and decider whether to purchase a license.

Benson works with all clinical systems including Systm1 and Rio.

Benson Community is designed to be used with a computer but is also compatible for viewing with tablets including iPads and Android.

If your organisation does not already own a license, you can request access to our demo suite or a free trial. We will then set up you and your colleagues with accounts to allow you to access the reports.

You can reset your password via the link on the login page.

Click on your client profile at the top right of the screen to edit your client profile.

Select a report from the report submenu (left hand side of screen), then choose the pages of the report from the page list.

Benson offers the following reports: -Benchmarking report, -Insight report, -Staff report, -Team Leader report, -Planning report, -Data quality report, -Demographics report.

You can copy and paste outputs into PowerPoint presentations, email and other documents. We are working on new enhancements in this area which will be released later in 2024.

We update reports for our licensed users every month; we aim to do this by 10 working days of month close but sometimes this can be delayed where manually uploaded data is delayed.
