Benson Implementations

Using the demo model allows prospective users to view and interact with the Benson reports. Benson is configurable - providers may choose to begin with one department and add others subsequently. Likewise providers may begin with the analytical reports (Insight and Benchmarking) and add others later, such as the Planning and Costing modules.

Setting up Benson is relatively painless but requires our clients to form a steering group to oversee initial development, and comprising representatives from Management, Infomatics / P&I, Team Leaders and Transformation.

Once setup Benson will refresh automatically on a monthly timetable. Once this process is running smoothly new users can be added from across the organisation.
